There’s 2 rounds the first is an online video of yourself talking to the camera the 2nd is a group project and a presentation on future trends. It is a tense situation with not a lot of communication from them

Application followed by hirevue interview and finally an assessment centre. In the assessment centre you will be tasked to present the major trends for the next season and a short interview.

I had an email from hirevue congratulating me on getting an online assessment interview and was given a link. The overall interview was less than 10 mins or so. with a variety of questions all of which are video recordings and you only get about a 2 min to prepare your answers and a recording time of 1 to a minute and a half to answer the question. Questions were varied and centered around their competition and how my experiences and skills matches the role.
