The interview + onboarding process is quite painstaking and long. You will interview 3-5 times total. If you keep moving forward, don’t assume you’re getting the job, they will eliminate candidates for the smallest things. Once you’ve “wowed” them, and are offered a job, you’ll start 2-3 months later. It’s a ridiculously long process and not worth it.

Applied online, then received a call to come to an open house interviewing event, then eceived a phone call 2 days after to see if liked the job, which I did enjoy. Two days later I got email stating a job offer, and with details of proceeding paperwork that needed to be filled out prior to 1st day of work.
