I applied online and was contacted by the audit manager a few days later for a phone screen and then an interview. The interviews were fairly straight forward- we walked through was my resume and what the audit function does at AT&T. I had to complete a simple exercise where you identify controls and procedures to test them. I did get an offer but the process was very disorganized. Between the rejection letters, offer phone calls, changing position titles, and retracted offers, I wasn't sure what I would be accepting in the end.
