It was an interesting process. We had our first "interview" over the phone via third-party service. The interviewer screened candidates before I was granted access to the next round. The next round took place over a Skype-like video conferencing system. I was asked questions about my experience, it was fairly relaxed and informal. I never had an in-person interview. I got a call a few weeks later saying I had the job.

Shortly after, I received a phone call from one of the Senior PM specialists, and they arranged a video interview via Webex with her and another manager. The interview was straightforward and nothing surprising, basic tell me about yourself, why AT&T, STAR questions. I would make sure you prepare your introduction, why AT&T, why should we hire you and quite a few STAR format questions with your examples relating to project management.
