I was contacted by a recruiter. Had several basic phone interviews, took a personality test, and then took part in a sales role play with a third party recruiter

I was referred by a former student who had just completed the program. There was a basic phone Interview, a skype interview with a poker face recruiter who asked many behavioral questions (have various examples),overall iti was a pretty standard interview. You have to watch a webinar and lastly complete a 30min-60 min role play assessment. This became more difficult because you only have a certain amount of time to review the materials needed for the interview and as soon as they called you were to go into character. The first customer was very nice and just needed consultative help but the second customer was a very upset one and you have to try not to lose her as a client. Everything was easy up until the role play assessment.
