Manager gave me some insight on his background, how long he's been at AT&T, what he does, and his career path. He then gave a little bit of personal information, and then asked me to do the same. After explaining more about myself and my resume and job experience, he then went into detail about the position and what they expect from an RC and what I should expect if I was hired. We talked about scheduling and what's required and after that, discussed if I was still interested. I said yes, then we said our closing statements/answered questions and he said HR would follow up with me within a few weeks after all of their interviews were completed.

Got a call on 8-15-14 to set up an interview with the Hiring Manager. Went on the interview on 8-18-14. I came into the interview thinking he would hammer me down with questions. I get there and the whole time on the interview he wanted me to ask him questions. The vibe I got was that he wasn't even interested because the whole time he was playing on his iPad and phone and he was saying how he interviewed 5 candidates already and had more tomorrow. It was nothing like I would have expected.

Name a time where you persuaded someone to do something. (Friend, Coworker, Boss), Name a time where you had to deal with an irate customer.

I applied online and took a personality test. I passed the test and was contacted by a recruiter 2 months later. I was set up for an interview with the hiring manager. My appointment was set for 11 a.m but I had to wait a hour and a half to be seen. There was only one person ahead of me waiting to be interviewed. The interview was very very brief. Less than 10 minutes. I wasn't really asked questions. The manager looked at my resume and started to criticize me. At one point he told me this job was so simple anyone could do it. I don't know really what caused the rudeness, but my resume was not the issue. I tailored my reason appropriately to the position.
