They were having open interviews and the process was very fast. Drug screen, background check as well. Maybe 2 week process max. During the interview they had multiple people there it was panel style was one of the last to go and they asked pretty straightforward interview question it was easier than expected.

After the initial interview, the store will likely assess your product knowledge. They may ask you about various cell phone models, features, or accessories, and how you would explain them to customers. This is to evaluate your ability to understand and communicate technical information.
