The interview process is a little tedious. I had multiple interviews with multiple managers. The nice thing was that I was interviewed in the store I would be working, so I got to see things in action. Afterwards you do a little shadow session, which was a little awkward, but still ok. Only con was there was quite a bit of waiting for a callback between interviews.

Why do you think people come to AT&T as opposed to Verizon, Tmobile, Cricket, etc.?
2 zoom interviews, was supposed to be a third but got offer after second. Interviewers were young but seemed knowledgeable, kept talking about promotion potential. Also talked about team building activities such as minigolf.

The interview was quick. And the questions were easy and simple. It was me and two other people so not intimidating. I was offered a job. Interview questions did not require much thinking. Bring in a résumé it will help guide.

Why do you want to work here ?
Zoom interview - had a lot of questions about past sales experience. Sounds like they were mostly looking for someone who could sell a lot of products and how to convince people to update
