The process was extremely tedious & grueling. It took an overall 6 months for me to finally get an interview. I was brought into the center & had to wait 20 minutes in a stuffy conference room. My interviewer was not professional & kept interrupting me.

I applied online then was sent an assessment . Passed the assessment then had to do a call assimilatation passed that. Then I was scheduled for an interview . I did great and was offered the position shorty after.

Simple standard interview. One on one with manager asking about past experiences and how to sell products, how to handle irate customers, and how would you cross sell AT&T products.

They use star process. It is a one on one interview. There is a test before. I can't really think of anything else necessary for this interview to know. The interview was with a very dry and ghetto women. Didn't think I had a chance because she was not in to it at all.
