A scheduled interview of this company was for about an hour, but the interview went up to 1 and half hour, but still the interviewer has given up a negative feedback for the interview, question is How? and Why? was that interviewer unable to understand my capabilities with in an hour? or what stop wasting time of ppl if you dont see the caliber within first 45 mins or so dont go further, few may have per hour income on interviews(requesting companies not to pay for hour pay for every selection).

There were 2 rounds, the first round focused on projects in resume and some simple embedded coding questions. The second round was more focused on HR and situational questions based on the projects in resume to assess ability to solve problems as a team.
