The interview process consists of 4-5 rounds, starting from GD, Aptitute test following to various managerial rounds. I must say they ask trick questions for choosing insurance as the career. it took a day for me to complete the interview process & by the day end, i received the offer letter.

It was really good. Mostly basic questions. Not much technical. Confidence and good communication are the key to get hired . No face to face rounds in the interview. Most likely phone calls and online mode.

Hr round, aptitude test, manager round. First hr round which took 15 minutes after that aptitude test in which basic questions were asked. Finally manager round which was a bit longer.

It consisted of 4 rounds. 1 easy aptitude, 1 HR, 1 with hiring manager and one with process manager. All the rounds take place on different days so they keep you uncertain for long before they give you a call for next round
