I had an initial phone screen with the hiring manager and then with the recruiter I would be working closely with. The interviews were 2 days apart . They committed to let me know within 2-3 days of their decision. After the interview, I sent a thank you email. It's been over 2 weeks, I still have not received any response from either interviewers to at least disposition me.
