Went through 4 rounds of interview to the final assessment. No feedback and no outcome was communicated to me after spending multiple hours on the process. Not a company that I'd want to work for in the future.

One 30 minute screening interview with HR, one 30 minute screening call with the hiring managers, one 1.5 hour panel interview with the hiring managers and then one 15 minute interview with HR post meeting.

Vorstellung beim HR, Kennenlernen Manager, Kennenlernen Team, Aufgabe -Vorstellen von Studiendaten, Rückmeldung, Gespräch mit HR. Insgesamt freundlich und strukturiert. Dauert jedoch mehrere Monate. Lange Wartezeiten auf Rückmeldung jedoch normal in der Branche.

Interview process was Smooth top to bottom and I was adequacy informed of everything throughout. Made to feel welcome and at home during the interview and it was a good process overall.
