The interview process was very smooth. I applied to a few of their internship positions and received an email from their talent acquisition team suggesting me to apply for a different position that would more closely match my background. They asked me if I wanted to interview for that position, and they set it up relatively quickly. The interview with the hiring manager went smoothly. They were friendly, described the position in full detail, and had great questions for me. We chatted about what it is that I'd be doing and the greater impact that my work would have. We discussed my background and experience to determine if I'd be a good fit. We chatted about the company, the department, and the team that I'd be working with. They were also very receptive to my questions. Finally, they were very transparent and let me know they were still in the process of interviewing additional candidates and gave me an estimate of when I'd be hearing back (which was incredibly accurate!).
