Unfortunately, the interview process at AbbVie was not a good experience. I was being considered for multiple Recruiter positions at once, and the hiring managers I spoke with did not seem to be aware. They shuffled me from one interview to the next (for a total of 6) with very little communication. No concern for the candidate experience at all...it seemed as though the mentality was that I should be thankful to AbbVie for being interviewed with their organization. I ended up dropping out of consideration as I realized this is not a company I want to work for.
