Allergen Data Lab, under this parent company, AbbVie. was hiring for this position. their HR/Recruiter/Management has no clue on how to conduct an interview. here's the process: 1) Phone screen with Recruiter. 2) wait 2 weeks. 3) Video call with Hiring Manager - VP 4) wait another 2 weeks 5) back to Phone screen with Recruiter #2 6) wait another 2+ weeks 7) video with Director of engineering 8) wait for another 2+ weeks, told me i will on in the panel round to meet the rest of the team 9) and then ghosted me for another 2 weeks 10) got a rejection letter from them saying i am no longer qualified. quite frankly, the way they treat applicants, i don't believe this is a good company to work for. they killed any positive vibes with their ghosting and lying techniques. i was going to deprioritizing this unprofessional company anyways. so no big deal when the rejection letter comes. I just want to share with you that this company is a joke.
