The hiring manager showed up 12 minutes late to a 30-minute virtual interview.. Then we were interrupted by his wife 5 minutes after he showed up because she had an issue charging her Tesla. He left for another four minutes because of this issue. Then he came back and asked me random off-beat questions as if he didn't prepare any, I only had a few minutes to ask questions and couldn't go over due to a hard stop. Then three days later, I received an automated rejection letter with no real follow-up from the recruiter. This was the worst interview experience I've ever had with a hiring manager. He was ill prepared and was not considerate of my time.
