You will be interviewed by the Manager and Human Resources. It all depends on their character and the position. If the position is for a contract then it will be a couple of phone interviews, maybe zoom. If the role is for a full time employee then it could be a longer process and most likely with a virtual interview due to the pandemic. You may be interviewed by the manager, other managers and possibly a director. It varies, depending on what the team decides.
