I sat in a room with 2 supervisors and answered questions about my resume. They also wanted to know if I had any questions about the position and what my long term plans were.

Called me through a third party recruiter and have yet to receive my formal interview. I would consider this a soft interview. I am looking forward to the formal interview as I am excited to start this position.
