Everything is fine. The process was smooth and HR are supportive on the interview process until the end. They always gave you updates regarding on your interview. The interview stage consists of 3 stages. First was in the HR, next is on the Department interview and lastly is to the Executive interview

The interview consists of a technical and communication test to determine the applicant's readiness for the job. The HR manager was very accommodating and courteous to the applicants. Be prepared to answer the questions in the S.T.A.R. format, namely, Situation, Task, Action, and Result.
