Interviewed for role after application, Was advised that I would hear back within 2 WDS - several weeks of chasing, and still no reply. Ghosting candidates is an extremely poor way to sell an org to any candidates, shows a total of lack of respect of that person's time and effort that they put into researching and applying to the company and for the that role.
