Telephone screening followed by a face to face interview that lasted at least a couple of hours. Unprofessional approach towards recruitment, a meeting room wasn't even booked, we were lucky to find one. It's been over a month and there's no update/feedback from both the HR person or the HOD. The interviewer got a little personal, I also sensed some arrogance which was not warranted. In hindsight, I wouldn't want to join this team.
