Had a recruiter reach out for an interview only a few days after applying, had a typical phone screen, then met via teams with hiring manager a few days after that, then another meeting via teams with the VP of sales later that week. I was then asked to come in person to meet the hiring manager the following week. After multiple follow ups after the in person meeting, I have received ZERO response from the hiring manager and recruiter. Ghosting a candidate after 4 interviews is just simply rude and a waste of my time.
