I got direct interview chance in December'2013 through my Elitmus score. My score was around 85 percentile, at that time people with score 75+ were being called.
And if you are having offer from another company with package Rs. 300000 or more, your process will be in separate slot.
As I was having offer from L&T Infotech, I was taken to separate panel.

As it was very easy panel for people having offer in hand.
Techincal interview was mostly basic C question (only 1 or 2 ) and RDBMS features.
HR interview, they only asked me if I will be willing to relocate based on project requirements.

It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume

The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.

Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.
