A very straightforward and structured process. It was very fast, as it was part of an initiative held at my uni. There was a pre - screening phone call were the HR asked me a motivational question. Then, there was first a group interview, with business cases discussions and a presentation of the company held by the HR department. Then, I had one interview with a Sr. Manager and then an interview with the Managing Director, with mostly motivation/previous experiences questions. A good part of both of the interviews was dedicated to the managers introducing the technologies and type of projects I would be working on, which was very interesting for me, and all along I was encouraged to ask all the questions I had. It was a very good process, managed with high professionalism, the next steps and the expectations were outlined very clearly and that contributed to a very good experience.
