efficient interviewers are not there. young people are asked to interview. dont give much importance to interviews. who ever is available is asked to interview. Takes a couple of weeks for hr to schedule further rounds by when u will find a new position outside. favoritism plays a major role in all services companies. once u submit resignation, you will not get any company goodies. they will keep on hold.
