I submitted the application and after i while i have been contacted by a recruiter. I had to go in Milan for a couple time to finish the process. At first there had been a presentation of the company, then a group interview with a couple of role plays. I had an interview by call with a manager located in India (in English) and a chat with a local manager.

there is a Phone screen and then first round case interview, afterwards second round group case lastly slide submission for a case interview. Fairly straightforward, there were differences from interviewee to interviewee
