I applied on my university career portal, and got a request to schedule an interview. The first round interview was a 1-hour behavioral. My interviewer was amazing. Asked a few typical questions (why Accenture, what tech skills do you have, name a leadership experience when...) but after those boring questions, was more of a casual discussion once she knew I was a good fit :). That interview was on a Friday, heard back on Monday that I'd have a final round of two interviews that Thursday, one case and another behavioral (or "confirming interview"). They held a case study workshop on campus & assigned us a buddy who could answer any questions before the final interview. I studied for hours on end for the case. Once I went in, it wasn't as bad as I expected. Took me like 10 mins to really get a good grasp on what I was doing, but ended up solving the case. Interviewer gave feedback, and then I went straight next door to do the behavioral, which was very casual and more of a discussion than interview.
I heard back exactly 7 days later, with a job offer.
Overall, Accenture did an amazing job with making candidates feel comfortable and valued. Just another reflection on how great of a company they are.
Advice: just be yourself: cool, calm & collective, and do your research.
