I applied online while in college with a referral. 1: hour long phone conversation with consultant. Asked basic questions "why Accenture" and about myselfs. Then about 3-5 behavioral questions. 2: Case Study with senior consultant. Listen to everything they say. Take notes. Draw logical conclusions 3: hour long phone interview immediately after. Much more laid back than the first call. No offer afterwards. Got back to me after 3 weeks
