Initially talked to a recruiter over the telephone. An interview with the project manager was arranged via a Skype type of link. This was sent via email and it was pretty straight forward to set up. This was the first "Skype" type of interview I'd had and it was a little nerve racking waiting in my own kitchen for my interview to appear! Having said that, it was also good to be in my own surroundings rather than in a strange building with the added stress of traveling thrown in. The interviewer was very good and put me at ease. Overall, a good experience.

Too difficult to crack. But with enough preparation you can do it. Just be careful of the technical rounds, where they could deep dive into specific questions. If you have good experience you can easily crack it
