I applied off campus for ASE role as a fresher in Accenture. Interview was normal basic first you have to crack the online test then Group discussion and then technical round. In technical round they mainly ask you about yourself then your final years project and sometimes they ask basic c++ or theory related questions.

The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.

Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
