Took around two week ,Interview process is simple ,gave Two technical discussion and after that I did not get any update, From technical person got info ,I will get call from HR .I am waiting the response from him.

My interview was scheduled on 10 Nov 2022. I waited for a day to see if I really get any response from Accion Labs or not and then wrote this email. I am surprised to see such unprofessional behavior from companies. Why do they forget that they are interviewing candidates of good (~15 years) experience? Utterly unprofessional behavior! The candidate is clearly mentioning that he is using a Macbook when tried to share screen, but OS is restricting it. Somehow he managed to enable settings for screen sharing but for the setting to take effect, it needs a browser to restart. Restarting the browser will disconnect our call, but I will immediately connect back. How someone can be so rude as to cancel the interview? It’s been awhile, I am also conducting interviews, never ever done like this until the candidate has wilfully disconnected the phone call. Don’t forget that candidates’ time is also precious, they are NOT around in the industry to sell “Roasted Chickpeas” I am going to publish this feedback on the internet and let the people and CEO know what type of people he has in his company.
