I applied online through their website and was contacted the next day to set up an interview. The interview process took place with Alex Webber, who is the Director of People Operations, or HR. Setting up the interview was fairly easy. She did show up five minutes late to the meeting, saying she had another meeting coming up, but other than that, was fairly average. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and it was mainly her describing the role, which includes the management of several clients and the overseeing of team members to complete the tasks assigned, with a few questions for me sprinkled here and there. Please be aware that if you apply for the Team Lead position - it is an ENTRY level position and a completely remote role working TN hours. It is also a contract 1099 role. From the interview and job description the role seemed to be more of mid-level position than not, seeing as it is within the project management space. I was offered the position, but when I sent an email negotiated my hourly wage they retracted their offer (...interesting). The compensation they offer all their leads is $16/hr, and after two months you can make $18/hr based on added value. Sounds like a great role for someone with limited to no experience in the work force.
