I did have a phone screen that occurred earlier that week and I was drug tested the same day. Drink some liquids so that you can go do the drug test after your interview. Also dress business or business casual don't wear jeans and flipflops.

Asked about prior collections experience and asked a few questions on what you would do in various collections situations.
