It started with a group video call where they explain in detail about the company details, what they do, who they serve and how they function. This process takes only 30 mins and they don't ask any questions. In the end, we were asked to provide a statement as to why we deemed fit for this role. Depending on the answer, there would be another final round with the manager to know more about the candidate. i was unfortunately not selected for the 2nd round, despite having relevant 4+ years experience for this role. Having asked for the feedback, I was told that other candidates had more experience. So I do not understand how the company selection process works.
