The Recruiter reaches out and schedules a 20 minutes interview and if it goes well then they will forward on for an interview with another operations manager. Upon moving to the second round another video interview is scheduled.

Brief and uninspiring. Hiring manager was 6 minutes late to google hangout link. I had to reach out to get her attention. Upon joining the call, she felt rushed and was not invested at all.

Applied online and had a recruiter reach out to me via email after a few days to schedule a Face time interview. Recruiter was 10 mins late to interview and text me to reschedule. I rescheduled with the recruiter only to have to text a remind her.
Interview went well. She stated she would call back to schedule a tour the facility and meet the staff. After two days of no follow up and reached out to the recruiter and received a form email that I was not selected.
