I applied online via the website, and then a day or two later, I received an email from the Talent Supervisor to schedule an initial phone call interview. After the phone call, I received an invitation to do an in person interview the very next day, where I not only answered interview questions but also got to interact with some of the children. Then I received a job offer later that same day! Very kind staff, and quick turn around time.
