I had applied online and got a call scheduling an interview for the same day. There were quite a few applicants so it took some time and people were going in nervous as hell but coming out with a smile on their faces and the employees were courteous and offered to keep us company and advise the candidates. Finally, when I was called upon it was a pleasure to interview with Mr. Nitin, the head of sales who had a warm, laid-back albeit intelligible presence which made me feel at ease yet motivated to give my best. It lasted about forty-five minutes and I received an offer.

The Interviewer asked me about my previous experience. Questioned me if I'll be a good fit this role and if yes then how will I be a good fit for the same. Later on they explained the workings of the organization. And that was the complete interview.
