Applied and was emailed back an exercise to complete. This was followed by a phone interview and discussion about the exercise a few weeks later. I was then invited for an onsite interview about a month after.
This consisted of an evaluation, and three rounds of interviews along with a tour of the company.

Explain logistic regression to me as if I knew nothing about it.
Very quick chat with HR, then had two one-on-ones with mid-level programmers from two different projects.
Three meetings were planned, but on the day I was told due to schedule changes, one couldn’t make it, and I didn’t end up meeting the names listed for the other meetings either.
From initial application to receiving offer was about 5 months.

The interview process was three rounds, quite easy, including written test for data analysis, phone interview with an analyst, and then three back-to-back interviews with the current employees. These interviews each lasted 30 minutes.

The whole process was great. I also communicated well with the interviewer. The first round of interviews was to discuss the findings from the dataset. You need to be familiar with knowing every step while you are writing this test.
