CEO badmouthed current staff during interview. Scolded staff infront of me during interview. Did not pay attention to the interview at all and instead was occupied with her own work while I was answering her questions yet still offered me the job. Found out that she was desperate due to high turnover and would hire anyone without properly evaluating potential hires.
