There are two written tests one is to test your technical knowledge and the second one is to test your aptitude. Once you qualify both these you are called for an Interview. Questions in the interview were mostly related to the details mentioned in the resume. I would rate this interview as the one with average difficulty. The panel consisted of VP - HR and one from a technical background.

It started with tell me about yourself. And continued to basic technical questions related with thermodynamics ans SOM. Like explain 2nd law of thermodynamics and strength and toughness. Then they continued to ask questions related to my project work and training
