I went through 4 or 5 different interviews over the course of the month with HR, Head of Engineering, Head of Business Development, and then finally CEO (since it's a small company). I thoroughly enjoyed each of my chats and felt very good about the process. In the end, I did not get the job and received notice via email 2 weeks after my last interview. I felt that a call would have been more personal, especially after all the meetings I went through during the process.
