Extremely lengthy and slow interview process. I met with four groups over several weeks and felt very much strung along. There was little direct feedback. I spoke with multiple managers, seniors, and other accountants (most of whom I would not be working with). They required a skills assessment and multiple recorded references.

Lots of nonsense behavioral questions including "how would you friends describe you in one word?" and "what color suits you best?". A behavioral assessment can be important but these were silly and felt like grade school icebreakers.

muy buena predisposición del entrevistador, concreto, fue al punto y lo importante. Expuso su opinión con las fortalezas y debilidades del candidato. La reunión fue por teams y funciono perfecto, generó buen clima durante la entrevista.
Very quickly (w/o knowing too much about the job/company they were recruiting for) jumped to what would be the salary expectation. When trying to delay the response on salary the recruiter was not interested, trying only to see if they can fit in a number.
