I applied through my University Careers Service. I had to complete a written task and sent that with a cover letter and CV. The next stage was a telephone interview, followed by an on-site interview. The on-site interview included a test and questions from the Directors. The test was very specific to the type of work required in the role, wasn't too difficult and was given lots of time/made to feel comfortable.
