The interview was composed of a few different things. Firstly they had me do a couple of assignments, a written assignment and a preparation for a presentation. When I got there, I was taken through another set of assignments that involved tasks which would be part of the job. Once these were complete, two separate interviews were done, one with a senior manager and one with a group of directors, who also watched me present the presentation that I had prepared initially. Throughout the interview process they made sure that I was comfortable and the interviewers were very friendly.
