A recruiter cold contacted me to schedule a call, we had a phone call regarding their interest in submitting me for a position with their client. I shared a synopsis of my career experience and goals and had the opportunity to ask questions about the agency, their relationship to the client and the position.

The process seemed disorganized and rushed. The agent didn't recall email correspondence with me about a separate position just days earlier. I did not feel comfortable with this agent representing me and was not interested in moving forward with a business arrangement.
