It consisted of three rounds of interviews, being the third one kind of an on-site day. All of them were less than an hour long, excluding the lead manager interview which was a bit longer. The process included an off-site challenge with more than enough time to deliver.

The interview had initial screening round with HR and then a task was given to be completed in a week's time. It definitely takes time to complete the assignment and also gives you idea of their product. After writing, there was interview with VP HR. On successful completion of this round, there was interview with peer in the team and then 2 product managers interviewing same time. Until the peer rounds it sounded good and HR in connect was also giving signs that you are almost selected and asked to share the salary expectations. However, the 2 product managers who interviewed seemed like they already had predefined answers in their mind on what they want to hear and to the point of what exact words they want to hear as well. They asked questions that didn't have any right or wrong answers but they both simply seemed they had decided to give negative feedback. As per me, the interview went well but the product managers really had not prepared to interview and they both were confused, discussing in the time slot of 30 minutes what questions to ask me and I was supposed to ans soo many questions in the span of 30 minutes and they just cut me in between as well. Overall interview was good but the interview with these 2 mgrs was not at all upto mark. I felt, they weren't prepared or even qualified to interview candidate. Negative experience and they expected exact words what they already had on mind. Post the interview, HR replies you are not selected, thanks for the time and so on. When asked got feedback, HR mentioned the position is on hold and we definitely liked what we reviewed about your work experience, will contact me when the poisition is resumed. The position resumed after 2 months and when I contacted HR, no response. I tried contacting multiple times, still no response to any emails or LinkedIn msg. Negative compan outlook. Adjust showed up and also posts they value culture, people but I didn't experience it in their interview process or post interview.
