it was easy online and on the phone. Then it was a "meet and greet"- and it was just terrible! Its set up like a cult- everywhere it was clown masks, spooky decorations..and a forced engendered spirit of "positivism" ... i don't mind a vision statement and an occasional party- but this was like a cult. It was the weirdest corporate experience. I've worked in insurance for 12 years in a range of positions- and they said I did not possess the skills. The truth is I just didn't get as hyped up about their "spirit" as some of the younger recruits

One interview total. First they split you into groups and ask you to find out two things about the person next to you before reading it out. Then you pair with a call centre worker and listen in on calls. Then you go for a one to one interview while another person takes notes.
