      Long! Way too many interviews including 5 panels interviews. Topics were reviewed over and over with little substance. Team clearly did not know what they wanted. Same team, then small team and then group interviews again. Last but not least, one on one.

When the time for my interview came, I was led into a sleek conference room where I met the interview panel. Each member of the panel, diverse in their roles and backgrounds, greeted me with genuine smiles and an eagerness to know more about me. The interview began with a brief overview of Adobe's history and values, which emphasized creativity, innovation, and a commitment to employee development. The questions they asked were thoughtful and engaging, focusing not just on my professional skills but also on my ability to fit into their culture and contribute to their team dynamics. Throughout the interview, I felt a sense of ease and encouragement.
