The phone screening interview process was very fast, It was around 20 - 25 mins, which is a very short time to try to cover a lot of content to go over. The recruit quickly gave an overview of the composition of the team and expectation of the job duties. Basic questions such as "tell me about yourself", "why do you want to work for adobe", "why do you want to change your job" were asked. She also asked me questions on my experience as well as some technical questions on marketing planning and strategy. The recruit was polite and courteous but it would be nice if the pace could slow down a bit.
